Refund policy

Our 30-day return policy allows you 30 days from receipt of an item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and must be in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at bimbozen.store@gmail.com. Returns should be shipped to the following address: Via Tenente Michele Fiorino, 36 - 70056 Molfetta (BA). 

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the issue and ensure it is resolved.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please feel free to contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of promotional items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the received item and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.


14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without needing to provide any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and must be in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive the refund automatically within 10 business days via the original payment method. It may take some time before your bank or the credit card company processes and posts the refund.
