Shipping & Payments
All orders will be customized, packaged and shipped from our logistics center in Italy The choice of courier may change at the sole discretion of Bimbo Zen. Shipping costs are communicated to the customer before final acceptance of the order and in any case before making the payment. The order will be prepared after the payment has actually been credited and identified. Delivery time in Italy is estimated at 5-7 working days. The times indicated are not binding and depend exclusively on the courier.
In case the delivery address has not been correctly provided by the customer, the orders will be automatically returned to the sender. Bimbozen is not responsible for the time required for the return and will not bear the cost of a second shipment. We invite you to verify that the delivery address is as precise and complete as possible. Make sure that the last name provided is visible on the doorbell. For particularly long addresses or specific needs, you can add a note in the "comments" field.
The next business day after each package is shipped, we will email you the tracking number. If you have not received a shipping notification within 3 business days of paying for your order, please contact us. We invite you to check the status of your package on the courier's website. Often, couriers do not leave a notice and the package may remain in storage, ready for collection at the relevant postal center. If the storage expires, the package will be returned. Bimbozen provides the tools to track the shipment, but declines all responsibility in case of returns due to expiry of storage times, unavailability of the recipient or incorrect addresses. By accepting the terms of purchase, the customer undertakes to cover the costs of a second shipment in the event that the package is not delivered for reasons attributable to him, such as those mentioned above.
